Sunday Brunch promises something for everyone with carving stations of prime rib and a whole roasted Kalua pig, Eggs Benedict, buttermilk pancakes, made-to-order omelet and sushi stations, freshly baked breads and pastries, and crisp island fruit such as sweet ripe melons, pineapples and papayas. Throughout the rest of the week, enjoy a smorgasbord of flavor and cuisine beginning on Monday with the “Stargazing Dinner” (complete with s’mores for dessert!), “Lobster Fest” on Tuesday and Thursday, “Flavors of Hawaii” on Wednesday, the “Island-Style” buffet on Friday, an “Asian Affair” buffet on Saturday and “Three Course Roast Dinner” on Sunday.
