Overlooking the busy boardwalk of the famed Ka'anapali Beach, Maui Fish and Pasta is another addition to Chef D.K. Kodama's family of restaurants which include D.K. Steakhouse, Vino, Hiroshi and Sansei's.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Maui Fish and Pasta is the perfect location for whale watching or enjoying a sunset over their specialty cocktail the Ka'anapali Green Flash. The Stuffed Hawaiian French Toast or Giant Belgian Waffle served with Kula strawberries, macadamia nuts and whipped cream is an awesome start to any day. For lunch try out the Italian Sausage Rigatoni, White Shrimp Linguine, or Pan Seared Mahi Mahi Fettuccine.

Dinner has the widest variety from sushi to pasta and lobster to pork chops, and all produce is grown locally. One of the favorites is the Pan Seared White Shrimp on Kula Corn Ravioli served in a cream Kapalua basil pesto and roasted tomatoes.

Finish off dinner with a coffee or espresso and a fresh Kula apple banana cream tart, and then stroll the boardwalk against the backdrop of flickering tiki torches while the tropical air bids you a good night.
