Gannon’s Restaurant

Located on Wailea’s Emerald and Gold Golf Course, Gannon’s Restaurant boasts expansive views of the coastline interrupted only by pristinely manicured fairways and greens. Chef Bev Gannon brings her knowledge of farm to table cuisine using fresh island ingredients punctuated by rich island decor. Whether sitting on the lanai, inside at the formal dining space or grabbing pupus at the red bar, there’s not a bad seat in the house.

Maui Gold Pineapples with Kula Strawberries are an excellent way to start your day served with yogurt candied pecans and local honey. Finish a round of golf with Texas Style BBQ Pork Sliders or Island Fish Tacos, and settle in for dinner while feasting on the “raw bar” which offers shrimp cocktail, ahi poke, oysters on the half shell and a sashimi platter. Then enjoy one of the signature dishes like smoked salmon ravioli, cashew crusted catch of the day,  Hawaiian salt crusted ribeye or ginger hoisin short ribs.
